Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a dependable Stocker to support store operations by accurately stocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor and backroom organized. You will help prepare merchandise for sale, maintain store standards, and collaborate with the store team to ensure a smooth flow of inventory and an excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and read English to follow instructions and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment (upright and backroom stock).
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom following merchandising and inventory standards.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, tagging, and labeling before stocking.
• Assist with processing transfers, returns, and special orders as directed.
