Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA at Topanga Mall is hiring a Stock Operations Associate to manage back-of-house stock shipments, inventory, cycle counts, and product transfers while supporting the sales floor.

You will help replenish merchandise, maintain a safe boutique environment, and collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience handling stock shipments and merchandising in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound stock shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure products are easy to locate for the team.
• Replenish merchandise on the boutique floor and support sales staff.
• Maintain a safe boutique environment and support loss prevention efforts.
