Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate to maximize selling potential by ensuring smooth stockroom to floor flow and adherence to SOPs for shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising.

In this role you will support store leadership, execute replenishment strategies, assist in markdowns, and uphold brand standards while maintaining safety and loss prevention practices on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaboration within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Execute shipment processing following guidelines and track units per hour productivity.
• Support Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute replenishment and merchandising adjustments.
• Perform markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on the floor, reporting to leadership.
• Assist with stock transfers and processing damages.
• Share knowledge and assist colleagues in customer interactions and tasks.
