Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Full-Time Stock Coordinator at our Albuquerque store to keep inventory accurate and ensure the store is ready for customers. Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing shipments, restocking shelves, and maintaining back-room order.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience, a passion for fashion, and the energy to work day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the back store clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking and visual setup.
