Job summary

Lee Canyon is seeking a Stock Associate to support daily resort shop sales through precise inventory handling and back-of-house operations.

You will receive shipments, unpack, tag, and organize merchandise, maintain a clean stockroom, and replenish the sales floor while assisting floor staff as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift moderate to heavy items, and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify counts against packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Unpack, price-tag, and categorize apparel and hardgoods according to retail guidelines.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure quick product retrieval for replenishment.
• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and continually restock apparel racks and displays.
• Assist floor staff with moving heavy displays or gear as needed and keep backroom areas clean.

POSITION: Stock AssociateSummaryThe Lee Canyon Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unboxing, organizing, and maintaining the flow of merchandise behind the scenes and onto the sales floor. This critical operational role ensures inventory is accurately cataloged, tagged, and restocked efficiently to support daily resort shop sales.ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Unpacking: Receive incoming shipments, verify item counts against packing slips, inspect products for damage, and report discrepancies to management.Inventory & Tagging: Unpack, price-tag, and categorize apparel and hardgoods according to retail guidelines.Stockroom Organization: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom layout to allow quick product retrieval for sales floor restocking.Sales Floor Replenishment: Monitor sales floor stock levels throughout the day and continuously restock apparel racks, shelves, and accessory displays.Facility Support: Keep backroom aisles, loading areas, and storage spaces free of debris, boxes, and snow.
