Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners seeks a Retail Lead for Lee Canyon to drive guest service and daily floor operations. You will manage opening/closing, cash drops, and security while guiding front-line staff with a focus on performance and store standards.

You will provide product knowledge, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising, ensuring a superior shopper experience during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer service, or cash-handling experience required.
• Senior associate or keyholder experience preferred.
• Reliability, integrity, and trust to handle keys, alarm codes, and store cash.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication, problem-solving, and team support skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for operating POS systems and reconciling register drawers.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store locations, secure building access, arm/disarm security systems, and perform daily POS drawer opens, reconciliations, and safe drops.
• Guide daily floor activities during shifts, assign tasks, ensure breaks, and support onboarding and training for staff.
• Manage sales floor stock levels, track product movement, and ensure high-demand gear and apparel are restocked.
• Maintain peak visual merchandising standards, keep store layouts engaging, and ensure clean, orderly sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Deliver top-tier guest service, offer expert product knowledge, and resolve guest inquiries or minor escalations with a welcoming attitude.

POSITION: Retail Lead / Seasonal Part-TimeSummaryThe Lee Canyon Retail Lead ensures every guest receives an exceptional shopping experience while taking active ownership of daily floor operations, register management, and store security. Acting as a senior floor leader with keyholder responsibilities, this role opens and closes the shop, manages cash drawer counts, and supervises front-line team members during assigned shifts.
