Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, OH is seeking a dependable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our weekend team on 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts. You’ll provide hands-on resident care and support a friendly, respectful living environment.

Qualifications

• Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Reliable for weekend shifts on a 7am–7pm schedule.
• Compassionate, respectful care for residents.
• Strong teamwork and communication with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Work closely with nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents.
