Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team. The position is part-time with day and night shifts on a rotating weekend schedule. You will assist residents with daily living activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Ideal candidates have an STNA certification and strong communication and compassionate care skills. CPR certification is preferred. We offer competitive wages and benefits and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Answer residents call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with meal service and resident hydration.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.

Position Summary

The STNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a healthcare setting.
