We are seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.Position SummaryThe STNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents.Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions to nursing staff.Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.Answer residents call lights promptly and courteously.Assist with meal service and resident hydration.Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members.QualificationsCurrent Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.Current CPR certification preferred.Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a healthcare setting.We Offer:Competitive wagesMedical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees401(k) retirement planSupportive team environmentWhy Join Dublin Post Acute?Resident-focused care cultureTeam-oriented workplaceOpportunities for professional growthCommitment to quality care and employee successWe are an equal opportunity employer.
