Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is looking for compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. The STNA provides direct resident care under licensed staff and helps with activities of daily living.

Shifts are 7:00am–7:00pm. We offer competitive wages, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a supportive team environment committed to quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Answer residents call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with meal service and resident hydration.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members.

• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a healthcare setting.
