Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide direct resident care under licensed staff supervision. Hours include 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am on a rotating weekend schedule.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring health status, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

Position Summary

The STNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Answer residents call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with meal service and resident hydration.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
