Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for the full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am), with a rotating weekend schedule. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates who join our resident-centered care team.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio STNA certification is required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
  • Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and safety protocols.
  • Provide meals, hydration, and compassionate emotional support.

  • Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a healthcare setting.
