Job summary

Alois Alzheimer's Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated STNA to provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of RNs/LPNs to support daily activities and comfort, while promoting safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring health, aiding meals, and helping residents stay engaged. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance and personal care to residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and hydration and document intake.
• Support mobility and safe transfers for residents.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Follow infection control procedures and PPE guidelines.
