Alois Alzheimer’s Care Center in Cincinnati is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, compassionate care in a long-term care setting. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, is actively licensed, and enjoys teamwork. Prior long-term or acute care experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or acute care preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills with patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor patient health, document in EHR, and report changes timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care conferences.
• Respond to emergencies and support patient safety and comfort.
