Brookwood Care Community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for a full‑time role. You will support residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, assist with meals, and provide compassionate, patient‑centered care under RN/LPN supervision.

Responsibilities include promoting safety, assisting with mobility, and adhering to infection control protocols to ensure residents’ dignity and comfort. High school diploma and active STNA certification required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active STNA certification required.
• Experience in long‑term care or healthcare preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist in preventing falls and use of assistive devices as prescribed.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain clean environments.
