In this full-time role, you will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, help with medication administration under supervision, and maintain accurate PCC/EHR documentation while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience caring for geriatric residents in long-term or skilled care.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.
• Proficient in vital signs measurement and basic patient monitoring.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR PCC for accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings in the EHR system.
• Support medication administration under supervision and ensure proper handling.
• Provide dementia and memory-care tailored interactions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and report changes promptly.
• Follow aseptic technique and safe patient transfers using proper equipment.
