Job summary
Villa Georgetown Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ohio is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct, compassionate care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' health, support mobility, document care, and maintain a safe, respectful environment in partnership with RNs and LPNs.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated to high standards of care.
- Able to collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other staff.
Responsibilities
- Direct care: assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to the nursing team.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, and support exercise or therapy when needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Document care provided and changes in residents' condition for the team.
