Job summary

The Pavilion at Stow is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our caring team in Stow, OH. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and support feeding and toileting needs in a warm, family-like environment.

Active Ohio STNA certification is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. You will work closely with the nursing staff to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and maintain a clean, safe residence for

Qualifications

• Active STNA certification in Ohio.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
• Assist with feeding and ensure residents’ comfort during mealtime
• Help residents with toileting and incontinence care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare team to provide excellent care
