Beaumont Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility, and following the patient’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nurse aide experience required.
• STNA certification or completion of a 75-hour CNA training program.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and other personal care.
• Assist with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and mobility.
• Support ambulation and range-of-motion exercises as directed.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow the patient’s plan of care, company policies, and state regulations.
