RRD Company is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for 1st and 3rd shifts in Wisconsin. You will set up, adjust and operate binding machines, inspect safety issues, and keep the production line running smoothly.

You may handle perfect binders and coordinate multiple stations to ensure on-time delivery of books and catalogs. The role requires reading work orders, applying precise adjustments, and maintaining quality across all outputs while supervising a crew and meeting productivity

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bindery equipment setup, adjustment, and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret machine operation instructions.
• Skill in using hand tools and maintaining machine accuracy.
• Experience with multiple bindery stations and finishing processes.
• Safety awareness and quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate various binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and maintain cleanliness.
