Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of bindery equipment setup and operation.
• Ability to adjust bindery machines and coordinate multiple work stations.
• Skill in using hand tools to service equipment and perform adjustments.
• Ability to read work instructions and maintain dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and ensure proper functioning.
• Operate perfect binders feeding collated sheets and run related processes.
• Make adjustments to coordinate multiple stations on a single machine.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production and monitor output.
• Maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
