Job summary

RRD is seeking a 3rd shift Bindery Technician to set up, adjust and operate a range of binding machines. The role involves overseeing automated bindery lines, inspecting equipment for safety, and directing crew to maintain quality and productivity on the 7:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule (Mon-Thu).

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.26 per hour, with a $2 shift differential. Experience with bindery equipment, cutting heads, folders, collators and related devices is essential, along with the ability to

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work orders and bindery specs to determine machine operations.
• Calculate distances, clearances, and fits for equipment setup.
• Set up and adjust bindery machines and related apparatus.
• Monitor quality and productivity across production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic bindery machines to process sheets into final products.
