RRD is seeking a 2nd shift bindery operator for a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM schedule in Wisconsin. The role offers $20.00–$26.00 per hour with a $2/hr shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. You will set up and operate binding machines, inspect equipment for safety, and ensure quality and productivity across the line.

The ideal candidate has thorough knowledge of bindery processes, paper weights, and the ability to coordinate multiple stations while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Expertise in setting up and adjusting binding equipment.
• Knowledge of paper weights, sizes, and colors.
• Ability to adjust and maintain bindery machines.
• Skill in operating folders, cutters, collators, stitchers.
• Ability to read work orders and follow machine sequences.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
