Qualifications

• Completion of STIHL training levels (4 levels) or willingness to complete training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hardware store environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all 4 levels of STIHL training and progress in pay with each certification level.
• Order and stock STIHL products and parts for display and repairs.
• Engage with customers to educate them on STIHL products and assist decisions.
• Coordinate with Warranty center to file warranty claims.
• Diagnose equipment problems and explain solutions to customers.
• Log repairs, track parts, and provide accurate repair timelines.
• Maintain urgency to meet deadlines.
