Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers.
• Provides service, maintenance, and repairs for all Stihl-related products.
• Determines parts needed, estimates labor, and checks warranty eligibility.
• Provides regular updates to customers on warranty coverage or delays.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment per guidelines.
• Assists with training store personnel on product knowledge.
• Consults with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Explains products, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders.
• Operates cash register and processes payments.
• Processes returns and exchanges according to policy.
