Archdiocese of Dubuque is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Stewardship Development to advance the Church's mission through donor relations and fundraising execution. The role guides pastorates and schools in building a culture of stewardship, aligning initiatives with Evangelization, Leadership Formation, and Pastoral Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management or related field.
• Three to five years of fundraising and donor relations experience.
• Practicing Catholic in good standing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, analyze, and report fundraising performance for each appeal.
• Lead donor engagement and messaging aligned to archdiocesan priorities.
• Plan gatherings for pastorate stewardship and development staff.
• Develop donor engagement schedules and manage major gift portfolios.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge NXT donor data and reports.
• Produce content for the Archdiocesan Impact Report.
