Simmons University seeks a Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship to lead long-range and short-term planning for donor relations, stewardship programs, and donor recognition. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Advancement, you will guide the team and collaborate with colleagues to enhance engagement and retention of major gifts.

You will supervise staff, shape policies, implement ThankView/StoryRaise-based touchpoints, and oversee events for top donors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of ten years of donor relations experience.
• Knowledge of donor relations practices and software tools.
• Experience creating high-level cultivation and stewardship strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee donor recognition, acknowledgement, reporting, and stewardship of all gifts.
• Collaborate to create and manage policies for donor acknowledgement, stewardship, and reporting.
• Partner with Advancement Communications to craft donor communications and stewardship materials.
• Develop stewardship plans for key donor segments including major gifts and recurring donors.
• Manage and mentor the Donor Relations team and student workers.
