Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, philanthropy, communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• At least five years in fundraising, development, donor relations, leadership, or related experience.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining donor relationships with individuals, foundations, and community partners.
• Experience with annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, or estate gifts preferred.
• Strong donor cultivation, retention understanding, and ability to communicate impact.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comprehensive donor engagement and retention strategy, focusing on lapsed and at-risk donors.
• Build long-term relationships with individual and prospective donors through outreach, meetings, and events.
• Create meaningful stewardship practices to thank donors and communicate impact.
• Maintain top donor relationships and coordinate planned giving initiatives.
• Lead annual appeal efforts and collaborate with PR and program directors to highlight outcomes.
