Job summary

Penn State University’s University Libraries seeks an Associate Director of Stewardship and Alumni Relations to lead and enhance the library’s donor relations and alumni programs.

The role reports to the Director of Development and works with the library leadership to design engagement strategies, plan events, and coordinate endowment stewardship, ensuring meaningful connections with alumni and supporters across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in advancement functions, events, and endowment stewardship preferred.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and implementation of stewardship programs for University Libraries.
• Identify and recruit alumni for participation in programs, alumni boards, and committees.
• Engage in marketing and communications related to stewardship and endowment initiatives.
