Penn State Great Valley is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Stewardship to cultivate relationships with alumni, donors, students and volunteers at the Great Valley campus in Malvern, PA. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alumni engagement programs, volunteer initiatives, and recognition opportunities.
• Provide leadership for campus stewardship and endowment strategies and activities, including donor reporting, scholarship fund monitoring, and impact communications.
• Articulate Penn State's needs, ambitions, and values through excellent informal and formal communications.
• Build relationships with alumni through events, mentorship, advocacy, philanthropy, and volunteer service.
• Create and execute donor, alumni, student, and community events, including networking, recognition, and fundraising programs.
• Manage alumni awards programs and serve as liaison to local Penn State Alumni Association chapters.
• Partner with campus leadership and University stakeholders to develop engagement strategies and innovative programming.
• Collaborate with Strategic Communications to create content for newsletters, social media, websites, stewardship reports, and donor communications.
• Identify and recruit alumni for participation in programs, events, Penn State Great Valley Alumni Society, and other student and alumni engagement opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support to volunteers, student workers, and campus partners to promote a culture of engagement, philanthropy, and service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
