Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant, progressive experience; 3+ years supervisory.
• Experience in adult career services, program development or donor relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and develop staff.
• Experience using CRM systems and career-focused platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Alumni Career Services team and budget.
• Develop and refine a comprehensive alumni career services plan.
• Establish KPIs, analyze outcomes, and report impact.
• Represent the Alumni Association on internal/external committees.
• Expand virtual and in-person career programs and mentoring.
• Integrate technology and AI-enabled tools into services.
• Foster partnerships with campus offices and employer networks.
• Oversee the Young Alumni Ambassador Program and programming scalability.
