Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum 2 years or equivalent experience with strong leadership in a similar position.
• Must have current and valid Food Handler’s card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the steward in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation of kitchen areas during the shift.
• Monitor and coordinate daily cleaning operations and equipment handling.
• Train associates on proper use and dilution of cleaning detergents and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with superiors and other section heads.
• Manage multiple tasks and provide daily updates on accomplishments and losses.
