Rosewood Sand Hill is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to manage ware washing and stewarding activities under the Chef de Cuisine. You will supervise cleanliness, equipment handling, and daily operations while coaching staff and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead shift briefings, monitor discipline of chemical use, and support budget-adjacent tasks and events. A strong leader with luxury-hotel exposure is preferred for this role.

Formación

• Must have current and valid Food Handler’s card.
• Minimum 2 years or equivalent experience with strong leadership.
• Experience with a luxury or ultra-luxury property or brand preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation.
• Monitor dishwashing operations and verify equipment and chemical usage.
• Lead daily shift briefings and train associates on proper cleaning procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and capital expenditure inputs for stewarding.
• Promote safety, brand standards, and adherence to hotel policies.
