Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding and dishwashing staff.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans are cleaned and sanitized according to standards.
• Monitor dishwashing operations to ensure efficiency and adequate supply of clean equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen, storage, and service areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Prepare reports on staffing, productivity, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with culinary and food & beverage management teams to support service needs.
