Terranea Resort seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee, train and inspect Stewarding staff, ensuring all procedures meet hotel standards and guest needs are met throughout the shift. You will supervise staff performance, coordinate breaks, and communicate changes to assignments as needed.

The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficient operations in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Stewarding staff to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
