Hilton Charlotte Uptown is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor for the AM shift to oversee the Stewarding team and ensure smooth operation in a fast-paced hotel environment. Availability for 6am-2:30pm and/or 7am-3:30pm is required.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, High School or better, and preferred ServSafe certification. Join a team focused on efficiency, safety, and great guest service in Uptown Charlotte.

• Multi-task in fast-paced stewarding/culinary environments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow standards and schedules.
• Teamwork and independent work capability in a hotel setting.

Mansioni

• Supervise others and guide Stewarding team members.
• Read Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and organize duties accordingly.
• Operate kitchen cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines.
• Stand for shift duration and move transport boxes and carts.
• Follow food safety guidelines and equipment operating standards.
• Complete a variety of kitchen cleaning duties.

The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.

At the Hilton Charlotte Uptown, team members enjoy a fun and high-energy environment. We are currently seeking a Stewarding Supervisor (AM Shift) to join our team!

**This position is for AM SHIFT/First shift. Candidate must have availability to work from 6am-2:30pm and/or 7am-3;30pm **

• Ability to supervise others and provide guidance in a fast paced F&B environment and provide guidance and training to Stewarding team members
• Must be able to read Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) and organize duties and tasks based on BEO details and requirements
• Must be able to operate kitchen cleaning equipment to include kitchen dish washing machines
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift and push/pull food transport boxes and dishware carts
• Must be able to follow food safety guidelines, proper standards for operation of kitchen equipment and ability to complete duties within established time frames
• Must be able to complete a variety of kitchen cleaning duties
• Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently

Candidates must be available for AM shift scheduling - 6am-2:30pm and/or 7am-3:30pm. Scheduled days will include weekdays and weekends.
