Job summary

Hilton Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte is seeking an energetic Breakfast Attendant to welcome dining guests and help maintain a clean and inviting dining area. You must be willing to work early mornings and weekends.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast items, circulating the dining room, and anticipating guest needs while upholding food safety guidelines. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Morning and Weekend Availability
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must
• ServSafe certified a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste and adherence to all food safety guidelines
• Clean / bus tables
• Ensure buffet is fully stocked
• Provide superior guest service, while ensuring all tables and food areas are kept clean and dining area maintained while guests are enjoying their meal

Hilton Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals who have a passion for customer service to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. You must be willing to work early mornings and weekends.

You would be responsible for accommodating our dining guests while circulating the room; Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Job Requirements:

• Morning and Weekend Availability

• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for an extended period of time.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
• ServSafe certified a plus.
