Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college is preferred.
• Supervisory, communication and organizational skills are required.
• Two years' experience in a supervisory position in the hospitality industry or related field with direct supervision of employees and scheduling labor and maintaining inventories.

Responsibilities

• Completes responsibility of all Stewarding Operations in absence of Assistant Chief Steward.
• Assists Executive Steward in scheduling labor to OMS guidelines.
• Reassigns employees when necessary to ensure smooth operation in all outlets.
• Carries out inspections and administers Quality Assurance Program on assigned shift.
• Maintains adequate supplies in all outlets.
