Job summary

Hilton, a global hospitality leader, seeks an Executive Steward to provide strategic oversight of all stewarding operations across the property. You will spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that elevate every guest stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in stewarding or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control: manage china, glassware, linen, and silver inventory for all operations.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and safe functioning of food service equipment.
• Develop and enforce sanitation standards to meet hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies to maintain quality.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team; conduct evaluations and foster development.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
