Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must acquire and maintain required compliance trainings (Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, BBP).
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet our guest, Interact positively, Listen actively, Appreciate our guest.
• Must possess excellent guest service skills and strong telephone etiquette.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and follow-up with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations within one year.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Supervise Stewarding team; ensure duties and tasks are completed and assigned.
• Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
• Maintains a dependable work attendance record with minimal absences or lateness.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
