Job summary

Gila River Resorts & Casinos in Chandler, AZ is seeking a detail-focused team member for maintenance of the casino including sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and organizing food and hospitality areas. You may assist with banquet set-up related to tables, chairs, and other catering preparations while representing the GILA WAY.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain health, alcohol awareness, BBP, and other compliance trainings.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must acquire and maintain required compliance trainings.
GILA WAY: greet our guest, interact positively with our guest, listen actively to our guest, appreciate our guest.
Excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Participates in cleaning and organizing food and hospitality areas.
Assists with banquet set-up and catering preparations.
Maintains highest sanitation levels for all items previously used and ensures safety compliance.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
