Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field AND 3+ years of experience in Staffing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, written and verbal communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead stewarding team in organizing, washing, and storing products and equipment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking products, and verifying orders for accuracy.
• Ensure proper FIFO/LIFO rotation when storing products.
• Oversee general kitchen maintenance, including trash removal and daily closeout tasks.
• Manage chemical inventory, usage, and ordering to maintain compliance.
• Monitor staff attendance, engagement, and performance during shifts.
• Coordinate daily stewarding tasks and special projects for timely completion.
• Schedule and execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning cycles.
