Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have working knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning procedures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
• Must have Serv-Safe certification within 120 days of employment.
• Must be able to understand and communicate MSDS to team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding team members and coordinate training.
• Ensure all food prep and storage areas are sanitary and meet health standards.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and inventories; rotate products as needed.
• Schedule employees according to business levels and budget guidelines.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and communicate with supervisors.
