The Mills House by Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Steward Supervisor to lead our stewarding team at a historic Charleston hotel. You will oversee kitchen cleanliness, supervise daily operations, and ensure high standards of sanitation and efficiency.

You will manage schedules, train staff, and collaborate with culinary and facilities teams to maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
