Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring at Hotel Operis, Autograph Collection, a luxury boutique hotel in Charleston's historic district. We seek a detail‑oriented Steward to keep the kitchen clean and efficient, support the culinary team, and help maintain a smooth workflow in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric environment.

Ideal candidates have prior steward experience or similar roles, can lift 25+ pounds, stand long hours, and work flexible weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Display a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
