Job summary

Sodexo at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando is seeking a Steward Supervisor to oversee stewarding operations, ensuring a clean, safe back-of-house that supports daily service and events.

You will supervise stewarding staff, lead pre-shift safety and sanitation briefings, and assist with training. Requires 2-4 years in stewarding or back-of-house roles; lead experience is preferred. We offer full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of stewarding or back-of-house food service experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of sanitation standards and warewashing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding staff and assign work based on priorities.
• Lead pre-shift briefings on safety and sanitation.
• Support training and onboarding of stewarding staff.
• Lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Attend shifts on time with regularity.
• Perform other duties as needed.
