Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean back-of-house Food and Beverage areas to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment needs with chefs for banquets.
• Clean dishes, utensils and kitchen areas per SOP.
• Remove trash from all areas.
• Deliver dishes, silverware and china to appropriate areas.
• Sanitize all kitchen areas.
