Job summary

Temple Square Hospitality is seeking a part-time steward to support kitchen operations at Salt Lake City’s iconic Temple Square location. You will wash pots and utensils, store equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling with Sundays off, 15–25 hours per week, and opportunities for growth within the organization. Prior dishwashing or stewarding experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior stewarding or kitchen support experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machine and manually wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Organize and store kitchen equipment; dispose of trash and recycling; follow safety protocols.
• Restock wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies for culinary staff.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks and other kitchen maintenance.

This range is inclusive of multiple job levels.
