PM Hotel Group is seeking a Steward to support the Food & Beverage team at our Wilmington location. This on-site role involves active work on your feet, assisting with dishwashing, stocking, and maintaining a clean restaurant area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food & Beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash dirty dishes and utensils.
• Return washed dishes to storage areas.
• Maintain a sanitary and clean restaurant area (sweeping/mopping tables).
