The Founders Inn and Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a dependable P.M. Steward to join the Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will ensure that the kitchen operations run smoothly by keeping all dishes and kitchen areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in stewarding or dishwashing is helpful but not required.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Remove trash and recycling throughout the shift.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures.

What You'll Do

As a P.M. Steward, you play a vital role in keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Remove trash and recycling throughout the shift
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, carts, fixtures, and work areas
• Sweep and mop floors to ensure a safe work environment
• Assist team members and other departments as needed
• Report maintenance and safety concerns to supervisors
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
• Support our commitment to exceptional guest service

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Basic English communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
